It was good for me to be able to visit the stonecutters workshop to see work in progress, Im very impressed with the results.

We only required a small memorial vase which obviously due to the pandemic took a while to be completed and placed in the cemetery. We are very pleased with the final completed vase. I would like to say that I was very happy with the emails I received from your staff member Annissa Zitouni, nothing was too much trouble for her and she always replied promptly. She is a real credit to J. Gumbrill

I would almost go as far as Annissa being telepathic, as whenever I thought to contact her, she would contact me. That would indicate that communication was just righy. I had a dilema to choose either a new headstone or to add inscription to the existing stone, which also needed some tlc. Annissa costed both options for me so that i could compare and offered as much information as possible. She also set out expectations in timescale and what could be achieved. These were accurate and im more than pleased with the finished headstone. Annissa Thank you for your guidance, patience and support through this process.
I found your staff very helpful and sympathetic. We only need the stone cleaned but nothing was too much trouble and any questions abourt future work we answered helpfully.

We are very pleased with the memorial stone in memory of my Aunt. We arranged to have my grandparents memorial vase cleaned also, the vase was originally supplied by J. Gumbrill in 1969 having been purchased by my grandparents after the death of my grandfather, Gumbrill have done a wonderful job of renovating it.
Each time we had a question or query the responses from Annissa were positive and very helpful. We valued her immediate attention to any changes we wished to make. We were delighted with the cleaning and restorive work by your stone mason. Our Grandfathers memorial looks splended, the standard of work exemplary.
